- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionists all need to learn some customer service skills. When you wake up and your child is sick and you call for an appointment and they're already booked for the day, they don't even attempt to try to work you in. They won't even apologize they just sit there in silence like they have no clue what to say. Not very professional if you ask me. And when you do get to see the doctor and he refers you to somebody and says the receptionist will book your appointment and they never do, that sad too.February 22, 2017by Nic S
